Where do I send the picture of my horse when purchasing a customized product?
Once I receive your order, I will reach out to you by the number or email you provide!
What if there is something wrong with my order?
Reach out to us right away. We will figure out a plan to get it correct immediately
What is the turn around time?
The turn around time depends on the product you order. If you order something custom, it is all and all 12-15 days. Other product turn around time ranges around 5-7 days.
